First, try tilting your toothbrush at an angle of 45 degrees against the gum line.

After that, repeatedly roll the toothbrush away from the gum line. Gently brush the tongue to oust the bacteria that cause the condition.

Alternatively, after brushing your teeth, you can start by brushing the back of the tongue as you move the brush towards the opening of the mouth.

You can also use a tongue scraper to clean your tongue. It is a soft tool that eliminates the bacteria on the tongue.

Here, you will simply scrap the tongue using the tool. Afterwards, rinse the tool with warm water.
